Agriculture Minister Uri Ariel MK and Efi Shtenzler, World Chairman of JNF-KKL, addressed guests at HaShomer HaChadash’s annual Volunteer Appreciation and Agricultural Labour Festival at Kibbutz Ramat Yochanan last night.

The volunteer watchmen of HaShomer HaChadash patrol remote areas, guarding rural communities against theft and arson.

The night concluded with an exclusive performance from legendary Israeli singer Yehudit Ravitz.
