The competition is open to all reception to year 6 students.

One winner will not only get a £100 Amazon voucher to use themselves but they will also receive £100 for their school.

The JNF UK poetry competition is open to all reception to year 6 students.

  • All poems must be relating to why the entrant loves Israel
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • All entries should be written and illustrated on the blank template found on page 4 of JNF UKs YH 76 magazine. If you haven’t got a copy of the magazine or need another copy of the template, it can be downloaded here.
  • Entrants can use any medium to illustrate the poem.
  • JNF UK will only accept one entry per applicant.
  • Illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
  • One winner will be chosen based on their creativity by JNF UK staff.
  • The winner will receive a non-refundable/exchangeable Amazon voucher worth £100 for personal use and one for their school.
  • Designs must not contain anything that is defamatory, obscene or otherwise offensive.
  • A parent or guardian must enter the competition on the child’s behalf
  • JNF UK has consent from the applicant’s parent/guardian to use the applicant’s design, name and photographs for PR and marketing purposes e.g. for newspaper articles, on JNF UK’s website and JNF UK’s social media platforms.
  • Entries will only be accepted upon receipt of a clear and good quality photo/scan of the poem template via the online entry form or by entries sent to [email protected]
  • All entries must be submitted by 12pm on Friday 28 June 2024. Entries submitted after this date will not be accepted.
  • Winners will be notified by telephone or email.
  • JNF UK reserves the right to amend the competition closing date at any time.
